It depends on the number of rooms, their condition, and your specific cleaning needs. That said, we pride ourselves on being both thorough and efficient — delivering results that go beyond the average clean.2. Are you pet-friendly?
Absolutely. We’re pet owners too. We respect your rules around your pets and always discuss comfort levels during our initial visit. Whether it’s letting the dog out (if permitted) or just working around a curious cat, we’ve seen it all.3. How will you access my home if I’m not there?
Most clients provide us with a key and/or alarm code during the initial consultation. If preferred, we can be assigned a unique code so you know exactly when we arrive and leave.4. Can I be home during the cleaning?
Of course. Whether you're home or away, we work around your schedule. If you're home, it's also a great chance to touch base and go over any preferences or updates.5. How do I pay for your services?
We’ll confirm payment details during our first visit. Many clients prefer leaving a cheque in a designated area, but we’re flexible and happy to work with what’s convenient for you.6. Is there an extra charge for the first clean?
Sometimes. First-time cleans may take longer, especially if extra care or deep cleaning is needed. Once we assess your home, we’ll discuss any adjustments and confirm a fixed rate going forward.7. Will it always be the same person or team?
We will do our best to ensure you consistently have the same team in your home.
